FATHER’S DAY AT THE COTTAGE

We’re celebrating Dad all Father’s Day weekend at the Cottage. Whether you’re celebrating early or spending Father’s Day with the family on Sunday, we’ve got a table waiting for you.

Saturday, 6 September
Start the weekend with brunch, settle in for our Taste of Winter special from 12:30pm, or join us for our Father’s Day set menu at dinner, complete with a complimentary glass of sparkling to toast Dad.

Sunday, 7 September
We’ll be serving brunch in the morning, then our Father’s Day set menu for lunch from 12:30pm, also with a glass of sparkling for the whole family on us.

Father’s Day Set Menu

To start and to share:

Roasted garlic and herbs Cob loaf
Signature confit Petuna salmon, ginger salsa, cream of avocado, preserved lemon
Pork belly, smoked cabbage, caramelised apple, star anise jus

Choose a main:

Rangers Valley fillet of beef, velvet red back potatoes mash, thyme split jus
Confit of duck legs, “grandmother” ratatouille, shiitake parsley sauce
Bellevue barramundi truffle Champagne pie

Additional sides:

Mixed leaves, Parisian dressing $16
Crispy fries, Safran aioli, thyme $16

Dessert:

Caramelised dark chocolate fondant, glace vanille
Raspberry curd, hazelnuts brittle
