Start with a glass of French sparkling wine on arrival, then enjoy our specially crafted Valentine's Dinner Menu, designed for sharing with your loved one.

Menu for Two

Entrées

Burnt bread, light garlic and pitchouline olive cream

Fresh milk Burrata, slowly roasted tomatoes, truffle vinaigrette and basil

Signature confit Petuna Salmon, avocado, seaweed salsa, smoked salmon caviar

Mains

Skinless crispy seabass, preserved lemon and herb risotto, beurre Blanc

Eye fillet, velvet mash, real thyme jus

Dessert

Dark chocolate and meringue fondant, raspberry fonduta and vanilla

Optional Upgrade: Add half a dozen freshly shucked oysters from Pambula for $35 (must be pre-ordered at time of booking).
